Confirmation Policy

At Soni Dentistry, we provide you with an innovative way to confirm your appointments. 

a) If you have provided us with an email address or a cell phone with SMS technology...

• We will email and/or text you a message two weeks prior to your appointment. We will also remind you of your appointment two days prior. 

b) If you only own a land line...

• You will receive a voice message asking you to press 1 to confirm your appointment or a reminder message on your answering machine if we are unable to get a hold of you. 

For any changes of appointments we ask that you call Soni Dentistry directly and speak with one of our receptionists. A confirmation will be required in order to secure your appointment.
